Please note, we are often out in the field and out of range with the bees so cannot be contacted directly by phone. If your question is beekeeping related, please check our Natural Beekeeping site before emailing.

Important: Our processing time is a minimum of 5 days and after that time your order will be shipped. We will not respond to queries about shipment dates if your order is less than 5 working days old. We also reserve the right to not respond to anyone being rude, abusive or accusatory in their emails - please write to us as though you are speaking with us face to face to ensure your tone is appropriate and your query is addressed. Please also read our Shipping and Refund policies before contacting us regarding any issues with your order.

Custom requests: We only sell what is currently listed on the website. We cannot change products or make up custom packs on request as there is so little of our rare produce to go around and often items are prepacked to streamline our shipping process as well. We thank you for your understanding.
